This is yet another daft, illogical, and stupid even, excuse used by many a smoker to continue with their habit. "I'll become restless" they say. "Impossible to live with", spout others. Yet while they convince themselves as to why stop smoking is a bad idea at this particular moment in time, they stand no chance of cessation from something what will send them to a early grave, let alone provide them with years of poor smoking related health problems as they get older.

Non smokers are often too hard on those addicted to nicotine, and this is mainly due to the fact they are unable to really relate to the problem.
